Oh, it's April. Spring. I have the feeling that I will need my wellies for the rest of the month... While all that brown snow melts.
I have a new scarf/shawl to show you. I think it's great. It belongs to husband now. It's light and springy and soft and really wearable. I've been thinking that I'd like to knit a different stripe scarf/shawl for each one in my family. So two more to go.
I'm loving all the different takes on the Stripe Study - can't wait to knit one of my own!
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely! Great colors and I love the shape!
ReplyDeleteThere's something so delightful about eccentric stripes!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful design! Yes, you are studying stripes!
ReplyDeleteit's fantastic, Veera. love it!
ReplyDeleteyea! time for *spring* weight knits! woo-hoo :)
ReplyDeleteOh, it's so beautiful, modern and coloury! yes, it's a spring shawl.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! And you are lucky, had I asked any guy in my life if he'd like any sort of "shawl", they would go running!
ReplyDeleteOh! Love it! It's more my size than the bigger shawl (though I also adore that one). I'll have to give it a try!
ReplyDeleteLove what you're doing with stripes and shapes. So creative.
ReplyDeleteSo cute - that is not the Stripe study but a variation on the same theme? Just finished SS and I was a great knit!
ReplyDeleteTotally gorgeous!! I love your idea to knit a different sort of strip scarf for each member of your family.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for the comments!
ReplyDeleteThis is a different scarf/shawl than stripe study, though it has same elements.
What a lovely design, it is nice that it is unisex.
ReplyDeleteLove it! will you publish the pattern?
ReplyDeleteToday I just received the yarn with which I would like to knit this shawl...it ill be an experiment:)))

When is the pattern release date?
ReplyDeleteI knit Stripe Study #1 and loved it. If you create four for all of the members of your family it would suit my family of four, too.
