Turmeric

Finally a new pattern available. I've been really happy with this little top and its versatility! It's not only for warmer days, but great layering piece for chilly autumn weather. More summery pictures can be found here.

This little top is easily knitted in one piece from top down. The simple shape with a little modern twist lets the yarn and one big button shine!

folded

My color experiments continue. It's time for some blue. And what a great blue this one is! Lovely shade of deep and dark ink blue - quite hard to capture when the day is grey like today. Yarn was lovely to work with and the fabric is really nice at this gauge.

Pattern: My own
Yarn: Pigeonroof Studios 80/20 superwash merino/nylon SUPER SOCK
Needles: 3,5 mm and 4 mm

Edit. Thank you for the comments. The yarn can be found here. And I'll publish the pattern.

autumn

September, autumn, cold, rain, crispy mornings, dark nights. It's that time of year again. But I'm well prepared.

Oh, the yarn! It’s the most perfect aran weight yarn I’ve ever seen. Love the shine, the texture, the softness, everything. And the color, such a beautiful, perfect color. Thank you, Krista. The yarn can be found here.
